The origin, recent history, and developments in Crochet, plus tips, tools, and techniques. We'll explore amigurumi, granny squares, doilies, yarn bombing, and more.

This interactive brainstorming workshop will help kick-start your imagination so you can craft the story you want your creations to tell. This is for everyone and will be useful in many areas of life beyond creating amigurumi - time well spent with a lasting impact!

Crochet Magic Ring

Magic Ring is often the first step for crocheted amigurumi, granny squares, and more. Use our yarn and hooks for the session or bring your own. This 1-hour workshop is designed to help you learn, practice, and gain confidence in this basic but important crochet skill.

Can't find exactly the right pattern? Design your own! This one is for both crocheters and knitters. Feel free to bring a pattern or piece that you want to morph into something else, as well as anything that inspires you. We’ll help get that design from your head into your hands. This hands-on brainstorming session puts you in the designer’s seat!

Circulo "Hen" Class

Join us for a hands-on class where a Circulo Amigurumi expert will teach beginning crocheters how to make their adorable "Hen" from the Baby Farm animal collection. Each student needs to purchase their kit in advance (available now at Knit-Picky & Hooked).

Where Fantasy Meets Yarn

We're partnering with Adventure Ink to learn about and draw inspiration for our amigurumi projects from the Fantasy genre. We'll allow lots of time for discussion and brainstorming with a local mother-daughter pair of amigurumi artisans, so be ready for fun!

Itty-Bitty Knitting
